Working within the BigCommerce ecosystem, I acted as the lead developer and operational manager, ensuring a seamless bridge between technical performance and commercial conversion. E-Commerce Development
Custom-coded the storefront to ensure a premium user experience. I specifically designed and implemented a bespoke iconography system in the footer to reinforce brand trust and professional aesthetics.
Creative Brand Identity
Designed the visual identity using a bold Pink, Green, and Black palette. I ensured this theme was consistent across the web, mobile app, and all marketing collateral.
Lifecycle Marketing (EDM)
Planned and designed seasonal Email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns. These were data-driven, timed with promotional events, and designed to maximize ROI during peak retail periods.
Systems Integrity & Troubleshooting
Acted as the primary technical point of contact for the BigCommerce storefront. I managed proactive site monitoring and rapid troubleshooting of critical system errors. This included auditing API connections and resolving checkout bugs to ensure 99.9% uptime during high-traffic promotional events.

Executed a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical site audits and ongoing reporting, resulting in a measurable increase in organic search visibility for competitive tech keywords.
